Subject: Wanderlust Millennium Cruise

Adam--

Just a short note to once again say thank you for a brilliant time on the Wanderlust Millennium Cruise. As this was my first liveaboard experience, I was just a tad concerned that I might be overdoing it a touch by signing up

for a 10-day cruise. No worries, I not only had a great time but ten days proved to be an ideal length. I think the cruise simply got better with each passing day.

The diving was superb. The Similans were great and the Mergui Archipelago was spectacular. I got in two dozen dives across the ten days, which was just the right balance between diving and relaxing. And speaking of relaxing, oh, I really lost track of time. Sure, we had New Year's stuck in the middle there. Other than that, none of us had any idea what the date or the day of the week was. Now that's my idea of a proper holiday!

I am happy to report that I did not, in fact, put on any weight during the trip. With all the wonderful food, of which I ate plenty, I'm not quite sure how I managed to avoid putting on five pounds.

The New Year's party was the perfect way to celebrate passing into Y2K. When I tell people that I spent New Year's eve on an uninhabited island off the coast of Burma, everyone is intensely jealous. You can have your giant celebration in a giant city, nothing could have beat our party. Honestly, I will remember this New Year's for a long, long time.

I am really glad you could join us on the cruise. Sure, we had a great group of divers and a great crew. But you made a very entertaining additionto the group. It would not have been the same without you. Thanks.

Hope all is well. If you manage to make it to Northern California at some point, be sure to drop me a line. I'll arrange some sailing for us on San Francisco Bay!
